Stuff:
- Ratings 1-10, no decimals. If you include a decimal, I will round down.
- We will do two ratings for each character character (CH) & unit (UN). They will be separate lists and you do not have to rate for both lists. Character rating is for design, personality, aesthetics, story, etc. and unit rating for everything gameplay related. If you only submit one rating and dont specify which, it will default to the character rating.
- You are free to rate any characters from past days or change your rating.
- Nominations for future characters are accepted. This does not guarantee your noms will be up for rating the next day but they will be moved up the queue for sooner rather than later.

Lucius is solid enough but being frail does suck in FE7 and he joins at a bit of an awkward time where deployment slots are scarce and there's several maps in a row he's not ideal for. PoR Tanith is great, great class and her personal skill is hilariously good, stats are respectable too though nothing special. She's a lot weaker in RD. Dancers are 10/10 as usual. Libra is the epitome of a guy who exists but at least he starts in a class with staff utility. Shamir is your standard generic TH person in archer form

Strong LGBT energy emanating from these characters.

Lucius is a great character. His support with Renault is A+++ and he has other good ones too! As a unit he's a bit hard to use, but works out just fine if you put in the effort.

I love the stern instructor type characters and that's Tanith! I really like her character design too. She's hilarious in FE9 because of her ability to summon mooks, but sadly she's p bad in FE10.

Reyson is one of the better Tellius characters. Really like the contrast between his personality and his appearance/how herons typically are. Dude broke his hand punching someone and was all "no regrets" about it. Also, he's a dancer and a very good one at that.

Libra's okay. I'm not a terribly large fan of the guy but there's nothing wrong with him, he just lacks the depth that someone like Lucius has. Libra feels 100% character design to me without the writing to back it up. As a unit he's a disappointing warrior and an adequate healer, which is essentially War Priests in a nutshell.

Shamir is super cool! She doesn't look like an FE character, her clothes especially. It is criminal that she can't S support Catherine. As a unit I was slightly disappointed every time I tried to field her in an open slot, but I never put in real effort to train her specifically.

Lucius has a unique niche over the other mages because he gets C rank staves on promotion. He's not that great, but a high magic growth and possibility of using warp nets him a decent score.

Tanith is great in FE9 because of her reinforcement skill. Unfortunately, it's the weakest of the three incarnations, with only being able to influence where they go rather than directly controlling them, but it's still great. Her terrible availability hurts her in FE10, but at least she has decent stats unlike some other people with that issue.

Reyson is a dancer, so he's a 10. Even more so for quad-dancing.

Libra's ok. Nobody in Awakening is really bad, and Libra usually turns out decent.

Shamir is solid. She joins in a class you don't have access to yet, one that happens to have a solid mastery ability. Joining with solid bases and being the first person in your army to get Hunter's Volley is pretty good. She's not the best archer in the game, but she's a pretty good one.
