If it were physically possible to build a Telescope that wrapped around the earth and was aimed at the back of your head, youd actually be able to witness your own death.

Of course, building such a telescope simply is not possible, due to international zoning laws.

I'm just gonna approach this seriously. No, because we still exist. They cannot see an event that hasn't happened yet.

Then we need to change the law, for science!

No, that's because we are in the present. You got it backwards. When astronomers look at other star systems and galaxies 1-100,000 etc light years away, they are looking into the past, because it will take that amount of distance to get to us

Lets say our sun blows up in 10 billion years. Another advanced life form won't be able to see that our sun exploded until whatever time it takes light to reach their star system Galaxy, light years later.

The galaxies Canis Major Dwarf and Sagittarius Dwarf will see the death much sooner than the rest of the galaxy since they're really close to us, but otherwise, we will see it first.

They might be able to see it when the sun turns off at night, but then they'd be able to see it turn on again

We're 8 minutes from the sun.

How would another galaxy see what happens before us?

The nearest galaxy is 25,000 light years away.

We would be dead for 25,000 years before they saw the sun go nova.

You're assuming that light travels at the speed of light.

If object A is at point B and travels at the speed of light to point C you still see it at point B.

Thank you.
