Like, I could see a Terminator 2 remake, in an alternate reality where Terminator is just now getting its first sequel by 2020 modern standards and all of the artistic integrity just being sucked out of it. I don't see people complaining when these movies are well done. People weren't complaining about Alita. No one was claiming Ex Machina was a woke movie except the most sexist idiots.
