What is your strongest muscle group?

Welcome to another weightlifting poll! As always I encourage anyone who lifts or wants to get into the awesome sport to join our weightlifting discussion topic on the board. It can be found here

https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/8-gamefaqs-contests/78637529

Todays poll is a little more subjective. Im more just generally curious about what you all self report here. Feel free to base it off gym strength, functional strength, or whatever.

If it's relative, probably chest.

Obviously my legs and back are way stronger

Taking into account my weight, and the muscle group being worked at with the amount of weight being moved and the amount of experience I have at weight lifting. Incline Bench press was my best lift, followed by deadlift, squat, then normal bench press.

So my shoulders/deltoids, and upper chest is my strongest muscle group.

Yeah it was meant to be relative/pound for pound but its also not the msot scientific poll

When I actually could go to the gym it probably would've been shoulders, now I guess core, or anything not upper-body

It's one of Back, Shoulders or Lower legs I think right now.

Long ago it would've been booty or upper legs. My arms not too bad right now.

It is interesting to see how lockdown has altered peoples physiques and strengths in different ways. I know a good amount of lifters who never did cardio or core work become great at those just because they needed something to focus on during this time
