vyvanse or adderall XR might be easier to manage for you. It's the same thing as adderall but it's longer-lasting with a less severe 'spike' because it's mixed with lysine to slow absorption.
There's also ritalin/concerta. Strattavera is a non-stimulant that's prescribed for ADD, but it's hot garbage in my experience. Caffeine is better than nothing but you need so much caffeine for it to really work for ADD that hte side effects are awful. And I'm sure you've tried it anyway. I also like microdosing psychedelics, but that's not really soemtihng you can do every day, and it only helps me to concentrate on things that have some kind of creative element (it doesn't have to be a lot... like psychedelics will help me code or organize my house, they just won't help me fill out paperwork or do taxes) The other thing that helps me is writing shit down -- I constantly have distracting and insane thoughts, I just have to write them down somewhere. I use twitter/this site/friends who are used to dealing with it for this, but I think you could also use a journal if you don't like embarassing yourself as much as I do (source: I have insanely bad ADHD and I'm pretty productive anyway. You could also try approaching it from the other direction - meditation, therapy, or depressants (e.g alcohol, benzos) can help you manage the anger.
