..... and do the games work? I do, and yes, all of the games work.

For those of you who don't know, Brasso is the way to go for cleaning games. Also, they make screwdrivers for you to open them. Just use a microfiber towel to put the Brasso on, and only do it once, that's all you really need. Don't blow into the games though, because the moisture from your mouth will corrode the brass pins. Just something I learned.

Same, I just keep my old games for back ups... and collectors items. Also, I didn't know this, but if you have a NES classic, you can have it modded to have every NES game ever made put on it.

Yeah, it's not a particularly tricky mod either. Not like I would know, hehe.

I don't have mine hooked up, but a few months ago I tried it to see if it still worked and it did.

My first console was a SNES. I played an NES before my parents bought me the SNES, but I never owned one.

Probably as easy as it was with the playstation classic hehe.
Best part was I got it for only $20 last summer.

Yes and yes.

Though I hope it still works. I have a ton of retro consoles connected to my TV, but don't play them much. I'm due for a testing night lol.

I usually do, but I lost my office to water intrusion and had to unhook everything a couple of months ago.

Fortunately, we should be getting it in a spot where I can move stuff back in in the next couple of days.

And yeah, I replaced the connector on the NES and cleaned all my carts just a couple of years ago so they all work first try.

My NES doesn't work. I have an artificial retro style NES. It's been a little while since I've played an NES game though.
