One of my teachers from high school has gone full tin foil hat, it seems. This guy was one of my favorite teachers in school. He was pretty much always the type of guy who was needlessly sarcastic in many situations, but most people got used to it after a while.

Now he's full on posting wild conspiracy theories about COVID-19. I made the mistake of trying to engage him to see where he's getting this stuff from and he just won't back up his statements at all. Then he claims he "stumbled upon" some supporting evidence and it contained a few blatantly false claims.

I don't get it

I asked him to provide evidence of these "thousands of doctors, scientists, epidemiologists, and virologists" making these claims and he "stumbled upon" this:

The author makes a few false claims that jump out pretty quickly if you actually read it and now he's just whining about the fact that I pointed out those false claims.

2) He's saying Facebook took his supporting "video" down for political reasons just to censor him and he didn't save it. The only thing he posted recently that comes to mind, from what I remember, is a video he shared that had a QAnon hashtag on it.

We had a friend for a few months who I loved talking to because she was constantly introducing us to all sorts of crazy stuff, mostly David Icke and reptilians and Teal Swan. It was a real trip hanging out with her because it felt like being in a different world almost.

We had both experienced a really weird sleep paralysis bout a couple months prior to hanging out (and I never experience it).

She taught us about Manifesting and I started becoming more aware of things "in the real world" that I had only thought about.

And she would talk about all the reptilian/alien stuff in movies and the media and how the movies were real, and of course it sounds like BS but then they released that Jupiter Ascending movie and it was like everything she had been talking about.

It was pretty nuts >_> I kinda miss her ngl.

She was on a raw food diet and every time we hung out (probably two or three times a week) she wanted to put together these recipes with organic stuff from Whole Foods and for some reason we always wound up footing the bill and eventually my wife got tired of it >_>. Also there was the time she ran out of gas and we drove like 40 minutes to take some cash to her so she could fill up and she never paid us back.

I didn't really care about that so much, my wife did though.

Manifesting is "putting a thought out to the universe and then it becomes real".

It's really silly, but around that time we were hanging out I thought, "I haven't seen any waterless urinals in this state" - and then we went out to dinner and a movie and the cinema had waterless urinals >_> I'm sure it's not the *only* place to have them but I thought that was a weird ass coincidence.

nah she discovered this like three years ago when she read The Secret, and we've been together like 17 years
she hadn't even heard of ancient aliens back then, much less the power of attraction
