I think they're both excellent moves, but the psycho crusher is better. You knock the opponent to the ground, then, on the other side of them, quickly charge up again, and psycho crusher back to the other side of the screen, hitting them again.

M. Psycho Crusher was my favorite move because it was so hard to punish on block. Most of the time I could go directly into a throw. Another game I liked to play was doing a quick combo ending with a Head Stomp. Opponents almost always forgot about the punch follow-up you can do, which leads into another combo or stun. A L. Knee Press is good against chronic sweepers, guys who almost always do the J.F. Kick into a C.F. Kick. Block the jump kick and knock them out of the sweep.

I remember how great the nightmare knee press from SF4 was. Good times with that.

I remember the Super Psycho Crusher from the boss version of Bison in Alpha 3. Be kicking his ass pretty good, then BOOM! Three-fourths of my life gone.
