It looks like an oversized belt-buckle. I need to see someone actually carrying it, because in the pictures I've seen so far it just looks comically small for a championship belt.

When you said MAGA-y, I was expecting the belt to have a lot of red jewels with bright white lettering for the "U.S. Champion" font.
