One of my most favorite mobile games Terra Battle has shut down today after 6 year run. It was the first mobile game I play when I bought my very first smartphone. I'm very hesitant to uninstall this game hoping it would came back someday.

normally no. Once a game is done its done. The running cost of a game like that is too high just to "give it another shot".

Once you shut an online game down you can't simply bring it back up. You're going to have to do security and network updates so if there was enough demand to justify it they wouldn't have shut it down in the first place.

Yeah that's why I stay away from most mobile games or mmos that rely on me connecting to them. Burned too many times. The hardest one for me was Marvel Heroes. I spent a lot of money and time in that game all for a week notice they were closing shop.

That's why I'll never spend a dime on a mobile game... in-game anyway. tbh, I've spend a ton of money on gas to play PG. Most expensive game I've played by far.

Thanks for input so I just uninstall the game. It was a fun 6 years.

There is nothing really wrong investing time into a game you enjoy it.
