Selections are limited here. I'd like to find peas+carrots+corn, but I can only find peas+carrots without corn or peas+carrots+baby corn+gross beans+califlower (the abomination)

Id just like to mention that in Green Giant brand frozen vegetables, it says "cut above the line" on the bag to open it. But you actually have to cut below the line.

The blend I use for cashew chicken: carrots, zucchini, celery, water chestnuts, mushrooms. Throw in the cashews in the end, and it's wonderful. I also prefer to use a tiny bit of ginger to enhance the flavor, but sadly my work does not allow this since ginger is not part of the cashew chicken recipe (and I cannot add it for legal reasons to do with the labels for our food).

Basically my go-to, but without the yellow carrots (and I get it fresh instead of frozen).
