I've been convinced for a number of years that my father has a case of undiagnosed Adult ADHD. He is highly functional in that he can hold a job and whatnot, but he can't focus or sit still to save his life. I see a ton of similarities in myself, however I've never taken any real steps to learn more about it or to actually do anything.
