I dont get the point of customization options in a FPS game. If there was an option for third person I would understand.

Yeah, I really enjoy being able to see my character, especially in a game where you get to customize them.

I guess theres when you ride a motorbike and there seem to be mirrors in the game but, eh.

Except in Deus Ex HR you can at least see your character in most dialogue scenes and frequently while hiding by walls. If you play heavy stealth it's practically a 3rd person game lol

Agreed. CD projekt Red has earned a lot of my faith that they'll deliver a quality game. I've loved every one of their games that I have played. I'm sure this one won't turn out any different. Also helps that I no longer get obsessive over new games. I've relatively little hype about releases.

Yeah, just dont expect this game to have everything. Some people's hype are dangerous.

It will be good, as good as mass marketed product can be and cd projekt has been doing a great job.

It wont have uber innovative mechanics or deep, complicated character building and rpg mechanics like for example underrail, but it will be sufficient, and came with a good chunk of meat

It's basically like Witcher 3 mixed with Deus Ex. Not sure why people ever expected anything more than that.

I always knew people expecting this game to be some massive perfect game would be disappointed. Combat in Witcher 3 was never anything special.

I'm expecting a very well made game but certainly not a masterpiece that many folks are hyping this up to be. When it was announced that the game would be 1st person only, my interest took a noticeable dive. Another aspect that took interest away for me personally was the announcement of only three classes. I was really hoping for the original nine roles from the pen and paper RPG series Cyberpunk.

Only some cutscenes. Any time you can actually control your character it's first person. There's also first person cutscenes.

From Software also wasted development time on character creation for Dark Souls. Once you put on your armor you never see yourself again.

To be fair, character models in Dark Souls has always been pretty ass compared to other games lol

As others have said, I stop caring when it was just going to be a first person game. This is the same reason that I didn't play out worlds. Yes it seems like looking thru the eyes of your charter would get you more into the world. But for many people it is the opposite .

Theres a scene in Witcher III: Wild Hunt where she describes traveling to Cyberpunks world I guess traveling between worlds/realms is a power of hers. Geralt doesnt believe her description of the place. But yeah, I guess its possible shell appear in the game havent heard whether she will or not.

Hey remember that 45 minute demo video from a few years back that showed damn near perfection in what we wanted out of this game? Yeah so forgive us if we're maybe a little bit pissed that game is going to be almost nothing like that.

Sounds like a game that might be impossible to deliver at this point. Probably would have had a better time of it if they had been a little later in starting development so as to hit the PS5.
