Yes, I remember when pizza hut was a respectable pizzeria, now it's very... I dunno, corporatized? There's no prestige to it, and the pizza is not worth the mark up cost.

You want to know who kept it real though? Little Caesars. They don't get enough credit but their pizza has always been decent and very affordable. You can have a whole pizza party for 25 people for under $50. God bless little Caesar.

The most prestigious pizza chain right is probably home run inn or California kitchen pizzeria imo. I know here in Chicago the best pizza place is Giordanos. Not sure if they have that everywhere though, not worth the price in my opinion, but decent pizza.

eh things have difinetly changed with many fast food places. id bet there isnt a single recipe that is the same in any of these places that has stuck for 30 years. as the economy fluctuates corners difinetly get cut.

Again, this is probably your perception rather than actual facts. You grew up in the 80s, so those were "quality ingredients" as a kid. My grandpa used to say similar, as I'm sure the next generation will do in 20 years.

Remember in 2020 when Pizza Hut used to be good? They had that stuffed crust that was delicious!

Also, places like McDonald's were objectively more fun for children. McDonalds adapted to some kind of business culture and have gone away from the playscapes and pushing of toys. But I suppose that's for the better, maybe there were a lot of lawsuits of kids getting hurt.

To clarify, i heard it from my coworker, who heard it from our store's GM. I don't know when they're supposed to be doing that. Its secondhand info so I could be wrong, or it may have been something they were discussing doing.

I'm between nashville and knoxville. Like I said, I heard that they were going to close, not that it already happened.

That said, have you been recently? My store laid off all of its servers. My coworker, who I heard about this from, said that my boss wasn't planning to rehire them.

People get offended when I say Little Caesars is my preferred pizza chain. It's a hell of a lot better than frozen pizza and it's about half the price of anywhere else.
