Republican Dan Cathy, a Devout Christian and CEO of Chick-Fil-A has asked WHITE AMERICANS to REPENT their RACISM by shining the SHOES of a black stranger after a dozen of his stores had been damaged by BLM protesters in Atlanta!!

He shared his views at a round table at Passion City Church in Atlanta as the city has been rocked by police over the shooting of Rayshard Brooks last weekend as well as the death of George Floyd

He said "We've had a dozen Chick-fil-A restaurants that have been vandalized in the past week, but my plea would be for white people rather than point fingers at that kind of criminal effort would be to see the level of frustration and exasperation and almost the sense of hopelessness that exists among some of those activists within the african american community. We've got a real bad situation, and we dont need to let this moment miss us us. It has to hurt us. we as caucasians, until we are willing to pick up the baton ad fight for our black, african american brothers and sisters"

He then began to get up and went to SHOE SHINE Moore's SNEAKERS in a bizarre move suggesting doing this would be a path for racism whites to redeem themselves.

He said "I invite folks to put some words to action and if we need to find somebody who needs to have their shoes shined, we need to just go right on over and shine their shoes. Whether they got tennis shoes or not, maybe they've sandals, it really doesn't matter"

Christian Values has been a part of the company philosophy guiding their leadership and famously closed on Sundays to honour Christian Sabbath.

His actions provoked bewilderment and criticism as one person said "I supported Chic Fil A when they were attacked for their Christian believes. this just made me regret ever doing that, the man is a fool. I will treat people with respect but i will not bend down and shine their shoes."

Another said "Any white person who shines a black person's shoes because they're supposedly ashamed of racism, should be ashamed of themselves. And any black man who allows an older white man to shine his shoes because 'racism' should be even more ashamed of himself."

Another said "Cathy needs to check his elitism, white christians saved his company a few years ago, they wont' do it again" referring to the same sex controversy

Pastor Giglio drew backlash already after referring to the "blessing of slavery" and suggesting "white privilege" as "white blessing"..he then made a tearful apology when he suggested slavery built up the framework for the world that white people lived and live in.

Well, his views on homosexuality are outdated by decades so...

I disagree with that. I just think people need to accept that Black people whether you agree or not are as much a part of America as anyone else and unlike others. their ancestors were enslaved and mistreated and built this country with their hard work and free labor.

We need to acknowledge that and stop pretending it didn't happen as some of us do.

No, hes just creating a larger racial divide by acting as crazy as the others. Unless you personally, have been behaving in a racist manner toward someone, you dont owe anything. And if you were racist to someone, you only owe that person or persons who you were racist to...not to all people of that same race whom you did no harm to.

Do you know why the South lost the civil war?

Because they had a much smaller population and a much weaker economy.

You literally can't build a successful, developed nation by using slave labor. That's something you learn in History 101 and Economics 101.

Someone has something on this guy for him to do such a 180. He's not coming across as genuine at all.

Also washing any stranger's feet is beyond yuck.
