I took a piece of ghost pepper cheese(ghost peppers themselves have around 800-1 million scoville units. the cheese probably less but it packs a nice overall heat that isn't debilitating but you definitely feel it)

And then I threw on a large dollop of daves insanity sauce. This stuff has around 180,000 scoville units.

So like this was intense. It was perfectly manageable until I inhaled wrong and sent burning fire down my throat.

But yeah, I'm learning that super hot shit, not that i've ever been to the upper echelon of heat(yet), isn' super difficult to take. I'm learning.

It's one thing to enjoy spices, by why voluntarily eat food that actively hurts you?

I'll never understand the attraction to painful foods. You wouldn't eat a mouthful of broken glass, why eat a ghost pepper?

I just wanna do it, i guess. The ghost pepper cheese is very nice on its own, but yeah the combo was ridiculous. but I just enjoy challenging myself. it really onyl is temporary pain.

However I wouldnt mind buying a sauce as hot as Insanity with actual flavor. Insanity Sauce is kinda flavorless which is a bummer.

My ex gave our kid ghost pepper cheese once. Lied to him and said it was normal cheese.

Kid was fine but that was a wtf from me. Like why lie to the kid, you trying to get a laugh? That's wrong.

Apparently he liked it though. Kiddo used to take my spouse's food though, despite warnings that they had super spicy food so he's probably used to it.

My coworker once brought some concentrated super ghost pepper liquid sauce or whatever.

He dipped a toothpick in it and gave me a try.

I had a panic attack for the next 45min.

Samyang Spicy X2 chicken ramen, imported from South Korea is the hottest thing I've ever eaten. I'm willing to bet it's hotter than what TC had. They were so hot I had to gargle milk every bite.
I would buy packages of them at my local Korean/Japanese market when I wanted to save money on groceries because It killed my stomach so I was never hungry for a long time after eating them, lol.
