1) So in other words, I'm expressing my opinion just as you are expressing your opinion. You don't wish me to be able to do that? You don't agree with my argument, therefore you don't think I should be allowed to make that argument?
2) So be specific. Do you want government to regulate private businesses and force them to have an open free speech policy? Remember it's not that you can't say it. It's that you can't say it on gamefaqs, in accordance with their own T&Cs.

3) Assuming you do want that level of government regulation, what would that free speech law entail? You can say anything you like, but other users are banned from being critical of you?

See this is quite a different statement to your first one, where you said you just don't want to be called a racist or a bigot. So you want to be able to express your opinion without what specifically. People calling your boss and telling you exactly what you said, and your boss then making their own decision in accordance with the culture policy of the company?

I know what you think you want, but you need to be clear on how you think this should work in practical terms. Should the government regulate all businesses with a free speech law that demands any employee can say whatever they want without the company ever being allowed to fire them?

He's not an avowed white supremacist. he just uses a lot of white supremacist talking points ("racism doesn't exist except against white people", "I don't see race, we should all be some kind of uniform tan", that sort of thing) and whips avowed white supremacists into an unbelievable frenzy on the regular.
