Not 100% sure. I read a good portion of Romance of the 3 Kingdoms, but I can't remember if I read Journey to the West although I've read a lot of stuff referencing or based on JttW.

Suikoden is largely based on Water Margin

None, but I've always meant to read Rot3K and Water Margin.

Suikoden and the Musou/Warriors are (along w/ Zelda) my absolute favorite video game series of all time and were heavily influenced / based on them.

Journey to the West and Romance of the Three Kingdoms. I read Journey to the West in college (and still have my copy from then), and I borrowed Romance of the Three Kingdoms from my local library maybe 10-15 years ago or so. I've also read Sun Tzu's Art of War.

I've always sort of wanted to read Water Margin (at least partly due to the Suikoden connection), but I've never really gotten around to it.

I'm aware of what Dream of the Red Chamber is, but I've never really been all that interested in it.

I always leaned more towards Japan than China during my Asianophile phase, though. So I've also read the Go Rin No Sho (Book of Five Rings) and Yoshikawa's Musashi, the Tale of Genji, and a collection of Basho's work.

"Largely" is a huge stretch.

The 108 Stars of Destiny concept is, and there are some allusions, but other than the idea of a large army of unique destined characters coming together, there's not a ton of similarities between the game and the novel.

I've read Sun Tzu's Art of War and Morihei Ueshiba's Art of Peace, though the latter is Japanese, not Chinese. I also have a copy of Miyamoto Musashi's Book of Five Rings (also Japanese), but I haven't gotten around to reading it yet.
