Yeah, first instinct is fighting those who woke you from your nappy wappy. If you have to fight two? Take something off one of them and try to run off....

I'm not gonna sympathize with stupidity, sorry. If I didn't care about my life I live next to a military installation, I can go up to the check in gate and start physically assaulting the guards and see what happens after I just punch one unexpected full blast in the face...will he shoot me or not take a chance to get hit again? I guess the Latino community would rally around me and say I was beating up that guard but he took the cowards way of using his gun on me! Use YOUR brain, if you have a gun on you and you're getting physically assaulted are you going to wait to see what's happening? Easy way to get killed....

This case isnt clear cut, Id need to see the initial tape from the very beginning before we start marching for this guy or defending the cops.

He shouldnt have been driving drunk (especially so drunk that you pass out at a Wendys drive through), Ive got no sympathy for that since that puts others lives in danger, but thats not grounds to kill someone.

Unless it turns out the guy had a gun or the cops knew he was actually an MMA fighter, there is not a single thing the tape will show me that'll convince me that the cops were justified in shooting the guy, let alone in the back.
