Would vomiting into a mask be cleaner or messier to clean up?

How is it a stupid rule? Its stupid they are reopening stuff at all right now in the US.

Yes the mask will fly off on rides. The amusement parks should be just about the last thing to reopen

I'm thinking of making tentative plans to visit Dollywood and Kentucky Kingdom next month. Gonna see how this whole wave ends up before I make a decision though. If it holds steady or trickles down (unlikely) than we'll go. If it rises like I'm (and mostly everyone) expecting than I won't.

Idk. Not sure. My girlfriend hates drop towers though so we probably wouldn't go on it anyways even though I love them. Can't wait to go on this one someday:

In a few weeks from now, I am going to Universal Studios. I would do so even if it was confirmed that 1 in 4 people present were carriers of Covid-19 and nobody wore a mask. I'm not willing to give up a year or two of my life to wait out a virus. I'd rather take my chances.

Has to be at least as effective as a pop up ad in this day and age and every advertiser seems to think those work, so why not?

I think it's possible to run a park with social distancing. Like on a roller coaster, you may need to lat less people on but it still seems feasible. Even waiting in line can be done, just have the normal staff enforce the 6 feet rule. Plus it seems like masks are actually doing more than was original expected. I mean I personally wouldn't go to a theme park, I also haven't been to one in 15 years so virus or no virus it doesn't matter, but it's possible to take precautions at them. Is it fool proof? No, but nothing is. I'd urge people to get tested after the fact, but as long as you maintain your distance you'll be as ok as anyone else in the world.

I'm not for or against amusement parks, people can live their lives how they see fit, but you are fucking dense if you can't see the difference between protesting and going to an amusement park. One is selfish and only helps yourself, the other helps a movement try and fix a giant fundamental flaw that has caused problems for millions of people. This is like saying randomly shooting some person doing nothing is the same as shooting someone who is attempting to kill you. Yeah they are technically the same thing, but the goal of each are so drastically different and that difference matters. If you can't see that, well then enjoy living with your head in the sand.
