What I might start doing is just waiting for unknown callers to leave a voicemail. It's all local numbers, some are just one or two numbers off from the other. I block each one that comes in, can I just block all incoming calls that aren't on my contacts list? I'm kinda phone dumb. There is a protocol called STIR/SHAKEN that is in the works that would basically force calls to be authenticated somehow, which should stop the vast majority of these spoofed number calls.
