The others I would have to look into, but don't have all the time in the world today nor in the next week. I will say, however, that I wouldn't leave them out on size alone. Just as jovial planets are still planets, just as Mars and Venus do not have sentient life as Earth does and yet are still planets, dwarf planets are too planets.
