OK, point of clarification. Nobody defended this guy. There were a couple of threads were people speculated about his defense and wondered if this was actually 1st degree. But nobody ever said what happened to Arbery was right.

I thought there was only Arbery, the father, and son at the scene, with another guy pulling up in his car, who recorded the incident (the footage we see of them fighting for the shotgun as he gets shot, as the guy is pulling up). Is the person that heard him say that, the guy that pulled up in his truck and was recording? If it was, wouldnt he have caught that part on camera?

I dont doubt the father and son are most likely racist, I guess Im just looking at the timing of this little tidbit of information coming out at this exact moment (with riots potentially being passed the height, and beginning to decline), and feeling like this could be made up, or at the VERY LEAST, sat on this information, waiting for the right time to release it, as to continue fueling the current inferno burning in our country.

So, I hadnt paid much attention past them being thrown in jail, having seen/read everything that was available on the subject at the time with no new infodid I miss something? Who is the guy that heard the father say this dumb shit, and why is it just coming out now?

I asked for clarification of the events that occurred and I was met with "you're defending these guys" "you're racist".

I never defended any of the killers but CE loves to make villains to point their finger at so they can have some moral superiority.

Regardless of the racial slurs, it is more important that he was chased down in circles and hit with a fucking truck before all of this happened. It makes more sense why he would lunge at a guy with a shotgun now.

Yeah the guy who filmed it is ratting on the others hoping for a break. He'll probably get a deal as long as he testifies against them but fuck him too. He should get football numbers too.

That was uncomfortable to watch. And stuff like this is every bit as important to watch as video of someone being killed unjustifiably, especially since this is more common and mundane (not at all in a good way) and cannot be excused as being as rare as an unjustified use of deadly force by law enforcement or citizens attempting some sort of supposed citizen's arrest. It seems like the police officer could've explained himself way better. Arbery and black people, mostly the men, in America have a scratch that, are right to be pissed off about this sort of thing.
So yeah, the Ahmaud Arbery killers sure seem guilty to me.

@UnfairRepresent @jeffhardyb0yz Well then I disagree with the mods. The idea of them modding any opinion with Jeff's ideology seems surreal, I've never known a normie website to do such a thing.

I see it as a boy-who-cried wolf situation. George Zimmerman definitely acted in self-defense. He wasn't in a position of dominance over Trayvon Martin. I think it is really not good that people cannot say "Hey, sometimes in these cases with unarmed (usually but not always black; research the proportions. I better mention that or else people will say I'm in denial of it or am "colorblind") people getting shot anyway, there's extenuating circumstances and it was true self-defense. A small percentage of these cases turn out to be that way. Sometimes we fuck up and get the facts wrong."

But instead they just double down all the damn time and never admit it. That has to have some impact on people not willing to believe cases where a shooter of an unarmed person did not have an extenuating circumstance for it to be true self-defense.

I can't name any other of these cases besides Trayvon Martin, and Mike Brown of Ferguson, where the shooting wasn't basically murder.
