Those are 3 examples of many.

Malkovich is the best, but the show would've been a lot better if it were as grounded as something like "Burn After Reading", what they do right now is theoretically more serious than something like Brooklyn 99 yet B99 takes it's tone more seriously.

If the tone and plausibility matched Malkovich's performance's tone the show would be a lot better.
