I'm an episode and a half into it. Saw it recommended a fair amount for Avatar fans.

Like Avatar, the first episodes haven't really gripped me. Not looking forward to the little brother Ezran, or to Rayla's accent. However, we're obviously looking at an awesome world.

Looking forward to learning about Callun's parentage.

I watched the first two seasons, it was okay. Havent gone back because it came out that Aaron Ehasz treats his female employees like shit and I didnt like it enough to look past that

I watched all 3.

It's not nearly as good as Avatar nor does it try to be. It's much more character focused which is fine, but the characters aren't super stellar either. I do think it gets a good bit better in 2 and 3 though, especially overall plot. It's never too memorable though. I honestly forgot where S3 left things.

Probably will never be an S4 though...

I liked what I saw but I think there's been more since then. Fills the Avatar-shaped hole in my heart reasonably well.

I haven't watched S3 or heard anything about it yet, but I did enjoyed the first 2 seasons. Not LOVED, but enjoyed.

If you haven't seen it yet, I would much, much more strongly recommend the Netflix She-Ra series. One of the best animated shows of the last decade.

This show is sick and it just keeps getting better as it goes.

Would agree that it's gotten better as it goes. S3 is definitely the best of the three so far.

She-Ra's the better show yeah.

Good to see someone say that, I feel like it got zero play after release. Will have to get to it, only watched the first one.

ah, didn't realize he had so many. so DP S4 isn't even in production?

might check out she-ra after this.

i'm a bit more than halfway through S2 now. short seasons really do a show like this injustice.

though the really childish tropes and sense of humor do it even more injustice i think. we're only like 15-17 episodes in, which was less than one season of avatar - but the chemistry/sense of humor in that show didn't become unqualified-good until like 22 episodes into its run or so.

k, one episode left to go

the end of s2 kicks things WAY up. i think if was 2x6 or 2x7 when i started saying "holy shit that episode was awesome," which i hadn't said previously, but have said more than once since.

a bit disappointed by its fast pacing/low # of episodes. there could be a LOT more worldbuilding if they let it marinate for longer.

i also do find myself laughing a lot more now. anyway yeah if the production/awful creator issues get sorted, would love to see s4.

i thought this show was okay, but I definitely didn't love it.

Ezran is my favourite character by far. Viren is great. Claudia had a lot of potential that unfortunately wasn't realized. Soren was pretty decent. Callum and Reyna are meh. I was really hoping the Dragon Prince would add something when he hatched, but he really didn't. Somehow annoying kid Ezran turned out to be insightful and great but the Dragon Prince might as well have just stayed an egg.

I thought the climax of season 3 was just poorly managed, especially the logistics of where everyone was. It really bugs me when people start fast travelling all over out of nowhere and combat scenes don't really keep track of where everyone should be.
