ive already said its wrong. Its not my job or responsibility to start a revolution because one officer did something fucked up across the country. That doesnt fall on my shoulders lol

The murder was terrible, but what does it have to do with every other cop in existence? Some are good and want to do good.

The bottom line is that we probably actually do need some sort of law enforcement. Take that away, and it would likely be modern day wild west. As much as you hate them, you kinda need at least some form of police. Is it perfect? No. Does it need reform? Probably like a lot of things, yes. Should you attack them on sight, even tho the one you attacked may have never abused their power? I shouldn't have answer that one.

he also has a history of NEVER posting topics about the victims of police brutality, only the effect it has on cops, or in this case, the riots.

Yes some cops are good and do just want to keep people safe. But the problem is that the ones who are bad are almost never held accountable and nearly always get a slap on the wrist, if even that and it has been going on for a long long time by now. And there are a lot of bad cops.

You are well aware that it is not "one officer" that did something across the country. This is a systematic problem, I think even you would be willing to admit that.

What is your objection to taking the particular action I mentioned earlier?

What you should do is speak with other members of your precinct, and coordinate with them to make a public statement, on each of your individual social media pages, as well as your department's pages, condemning these men and calling for justice. At the very least calling for their arrest and a fair trial. That would be commendable

Do you not see how that would help bring about a positive attitude change? That would look good to your community, and help grow trust between civilians and police. Coordinating with your fellow officers would help protect you from facing dangerous pushback from the system. You could stand for what's right, be a part of something bigger in a positive way, for a very small amount of effort.

your attitude would be understandable if so many of your brethren didnt ask much more of average citizens than they do of themselves
