As long as it takes to update to the latest 13.5 iOS, downloading a program to your PC and then downloading the actual jailbreak app. So maybe 20 minutes tops. The Library of Congress holds a meeting after every 3 years where they discuss new exemptions and re-evaluate existing ones. Surprisingly, while jailbreaking an iPhone was made legal back in 2012, it was only in 2015 when jailbreaking iPads was made legal. Definitely, although it'll mostly be limited to themes/SnowBoard. Plus some elements of iOS 13....just don't quite look right with iOS 6 stuff, like the wallpapers for instance. I'm really loving the Catalina Icon theme/round icons in general.
