I think it's the social aspect of it. Events feel different when you're part of a large group, it feels like something important is happening. It's like how they always say rallies or concerts give off a certain "energy", and a lot of people naturally want to be a part of that energy.

I would - I havent been there recently but I would go back after I get all the life stuff off of me. I have a decorated career of doing whatever so its nice to think theres a save point for life ala Dark Souls or some ish

Before the stupid corona, i used to go to church a few times to socialize with other people at church. Plus potluck lunches are pretty good.
