So as some of you may know, I've been a big advocate of staying at home until we have a vaccine. I have not left my home for 2 months. All food and other necessities have been delivered to my door via curbside pickup and I have not done anything non-essential to living.

So, some people said, hey, you can go out now and then. So I decided to remove the spiderwebs growing on my car and take it out for a drive. Well low and behold, the highway was fucking packed. Gridlock.

We're in the middle of a fucking pandemic and people are acting like this. Have fun with the second wave.

The roads were empty 2 months ago, not anymore. People need to work. If their places of employment are following proper health and safety guidelines theres no reason for certain businesses not to be open.

Second wave? Has the first one even plateaued? We are not even done with the first one.

Because I'm trying to stop the spread of covid-19. There's something else not "mentally or physically healthy" and it's called fucking dying or ending up in a medically induced coma on a ventilator from covid-19

Youve been at home for 2 months straight and are very fearful.

I have worked 45 plus hours a week third shift at a supermarket, touching things that are breathed on, touched, etc all day. I have absolutely no fear for this virus. I wash my hands when I use the bathroom and wear a mask when I go out in public as a courtesy to others who I dont want to be feeling fear, as you do.

It fascinates me how wide the emotions and reactions to this are. Wonder why react so differently?

Are you fucking kidding me? Dude - I told you, I was out yesterday. There was a guy maybe 15-20 feet away from me at one point coughing and hacking. It's fucking dangerous.

Do you watch the news? Perhaps this is an effect of that..I watch absolutely no television.

I will say, my state has one of the lowest rates in the country.

Same but I'm working 70-80hrs a week. And even then I couldnt imagine living my my in such solitude and fear for so long.

Sure - can take up to 14 days before you show symptoms. Also 7 days into the symptoms you can start to feel better than all of a sudden your lungs give out. But have fun dude.

Then there are also people who didnt go on rants on social media, made washing their hands a habit since they were a child, dgaf and went outside and have been symptom free for nearly 1/3 of a year, and didnt die, myself being one.

Roads were never completely empty here except between like 9pm and 8am but a couple weeks ago there was a lot more on the road and this week its like nothing ever happened.

Im outside right now and Id lose my mind if I tried to count all the people I see driving and walking and just out.
