He definitely isn't morbidly obese, especially considering he is 6'3 240 lbs. By that account she must expect him to be 140 lbs at 6'4. BMI is on a case by case situation. Some people have frames that work better with extra weight, others less weight. Just like some females look better when they have a little extra on, while other are vice versa. I myself am 280 lbs at 5'9. Am I fat? sure, but I don't consider myself morbid. I work in an environment where I get more exercise than most people, I just eat a lot. It isn't even horrible foods most of the time, I just need energy to keep me going throughout the day. If I eat the normal 2,500 calories per day sure I'll look good but I'll be falling asleep at the wheel, barely able to function. I tend to eat around 4,000. But that's usually stuff like soup, fajitas, no cheese omelettes and the like.
