Usually whenever I get rid of an old computer device I put it in a trash bag, drive it out somewhere, run it over with my car so my identity cannot be stolen, then leave it there.

I have a box of old assorted cords. I still have a GBA link cable and the cable that connected your GBA to the GameCube. I don't have a GBA or a GameCube anymore. >_> That box is quite full.
