I will never understand people like this - they had to wait 3 hours for food? In that time I could have purchased all the sea food I need at a grocery story and cooked a nice meal for less than the cost of whatever Red Lobster charges.

Honestly though three hours is kind of absurd. If that's the wait, you should move to a reservation only policy. Then again that probably limits how many people they can serve in a day, but it would at least prevent nuts from overreacting to a wait.

clearly I'm joking here. Entitled shithead customers who cause misery for both staff and other sane, waiting customers aren't as mistreated as historically marginalised races, and any refutation if that claim is self-absorbtion at best. Imagine feeling like your plight as a widely disliked loud, rude dickhead is even comparable to races who have been put in detainment camps and whose direct ancestors have been treated as property. She removed a violent person from the store and only really lunged at her when the Karen attempted to punch her. then she just grabbed her hair to hold her back and prevent her from continuing to force her way in. She didn't need to be in. It sounded like the manager already had her refund in the process.

I had a situation when I went on Mothers Day to pick up food. I put the order ahead of time and was given a pick up time. When I got there they said it would be another 15 minutes, they were just wrapping it up. Another 30 minutes and they said the same thing. I ended up waiting an hour over the pick up time given to me. But I only said something when I noticed people going after me and coming out with their food before me, and i kept being told they were just wrapping it up. Thats when the manager came out to apologize and gave me a full refund (I didnt cause a scene or anything, I just asked why others got theirs first, I had a very simple order). I think they forgot my order or gave it away tbh.

Meanwhile other restaurants had told me they had enough orders for the day and wouldnt accept more. Its understandable that they have a reduced staff but then they shouldnt be taking so many orders and trying to be greedy.

1:24 is the best part. That 100 pound dude looks like he thought he was gonna go super saiyan and it just didn't happen. If you don't sit your brittle ass down

Every company that can is absolutely chasing the $$$ right now. For example all these grocery stores that kept adding more and more slots for pickup and delivery orders weren't doing it because they truly cared about Random Family 123 getting their groceries, it's because they were making a fuckton of money off it while running their employees absolutely ragged.
