To a certain extent Id consider soulja boy a blog rapper, granted he was way ahead of the curve it was primarily 16-25 year olds right around that time frame who where the first to really use the internet as a way to push their music to the masses. Most the artist from that time where inspired by Kanye and Wayne and regional stuff specific to them.
