It really depends on the girl and situation. The office ladies at my workplace or basically anyone in customer service? Sure, nothing like a shoujo manga. The students in my lab when their friends come to visit? Absolutely like a shoujo manga.

Also worth mentioning my boss said he had a Chinese male student who learned Japanese from shoujo anime and talked like it, but I don't know how true it is because I never met him. Almost all of our Chinese students do speak Japanese though.
