Do you think these trailer trash rednecks are shady as f***?

William "Roddie" Bryan, the NEIGHBOR of Gregory and Travis McMichael, the men accused of murdering Ahmaud Arbery, was the one who FILMED the deadly encounter and through his lawyer he said he followed them because there was a number of "robberies" in the neighborhood but the police said there was NO crime reported in the 2 months leading up to the jogger's death.

He was finally pictured outside after his explosive cellphone footage exposed the brutal slaying of the innocent jogger that was leaked.

He said he broke his silence over the murder because he was only a "Witness" and not an accomplice

Kevin Gough denied his client was armed at the time and that he is NOT A VIGILANTE when calls grow from the victim's family for his arrest

Gough said the shooting simply "started happening in front of him" and he handed over the footage to the police "immediately" after the incident

Director of the GBI Vic Reynolds said that Bryan could be arrested for his partin the murder after he watched and shot the footage as it showed Arbery running in the neighborhood being pursued by the trailer trash pigs

He said "He wasi his yard and this just starts happenign in front of him. He gets in his car and is trying to document that"

When asked why Bryan followed and filmed it, he said he was just trying to get Arbery's picture because of the crimes in the neighborhood and didn't recognize him as a resident

Claims of innocence contradict a memo from a former DA on the case who said Bryan had JOINED in on the pursuit

His lawyer says he doesn't understand why he's being investigated because he's a "family man"

Bryan and his family are the target of death threats and has since been FIRED from his job.

Presumptive Democratic Nominee,Joe Biden called the shooting a MURDER while Donald Trump was evidently siding with BOTH sides calling the footage disturbing but that MORE could have happened OFF CAMERA

Alan Tucker, the lawyer for the McMichaels released the footage claiming it will CLEAR the men of the crime as he was a close friend of them and said "If Arbery had just froze and hadn't done anything, then he wouldn't be dead today"

These people are morons.

"Even though I'm pointing a gun at you and am not a cop, you don't need to be afraid of me, just trust me!"

Like imagine being those two dudes with the guns and thinking this. How fucking dumb do you have to be to think someone would comply with your orders if you're not a cop? I don't care about the citizen's arrest angle because this isn't even a lawful arrest. Imagine if these two goons were cops. It isn't protocol to just shove a gun in someone's face without probable cause. And even if they did have probable cause, their first reaction wouldn't (or at least it shouldn't) be to draw their guns on an unarmed man running away from them.

That being said, if they were cops and it escalated to a point where their weapons were drawn, I wouldn't have a problem with them claiming self defense. But that's the timeline that we should be in, not this fucked up mess.

except it very well it might be. everything they did was legal if what they said is true.

and if its not, that will come out at trial.

I mean, was the one that was having the rifle pulled away from him the cop?

Cause if so, he was probably trained to well, not let his weapon go lol......and shoot ssmeone trying to take it from him.

Still not right, but it would be a bit more understandable if an ex-cop was trying to prevent his weapon being taken.

The info on this is still all over the place though. We need some real facts and not tons of speculation.

From the sounds of it, there was no robberies reported recently at least. I don't know about the supposed video of him tresspassing etc, if that is true etc, but I can't imagine the police department wouldn't have "leaked" such videos asap if they were real.

I think they made it up just to justify what they did. Also, I have heard he jogged that area regularly, but that doesn't make much sense at all (they people who shot him lived there and would have seen him before), so if this was his first time there, why was he jogging through some random neighborhood?

Lotta unanswered questions at this point. No matter what, they could have followed him with their car at a safe distance and called the cops to check the situation out. There was no need for a citizens arrest, especially with guns. The fact that the dude literally grabbed the gun though.....I get doing that, but you are taking your life into your own hands in such a situation. That doesn't make the two guys who shot him any less guilty, but it does mean the dude basically gave them an excuse for shooting him, and possibly getting away with it (Which they actually almost did,,,,,,and still might).
