I bought it in the winter Steam sale and like everything you buy in a Steam sale, I ignored it for several months before installing it. It's pretty good! It looks amazing! Mr. X in route 1 isn't that bad! I haven't beaten it yet (at the sewers in Claire A) so I can't say for sure which I prefer, but I think I still prefer the original? Even though RE2 is more of an action game, and surprisingly colourful at times, the fixed camera angles just drip with fear and dread. The B scenario is shorter and people say it cuts out too much, but uhhh, really I think it just cuts out some slow beginning stuff?
