i remember playing castlevania 2 as a kid and couldn't figure out how to beat it. played it again 20 years later with the help of youtube and no wonder i couldn't beat it. you have to throw holy water at random blocks to find certain areas.

Wily's Fortress. People have made better remixes of Bloody Tears. Shit, Konami did it better themselves. I have yet to hear a version of Wily's Fortress that's better than the original. It's like trying to remix the moon theme from DuckTales.

Castlevania 2 was badly translated which is bad for a game that relies on npcs to guide you.
