Dispose So the guy who was killed was jogging in the area neighboring his own neighborhood. He was a black man wearing a white shirt same as a guy who had been seen in a partially constructed house earlier that day (never mind that people will sometimes check out the inside of construction homes before they are enclosed, i'm guilty of doing that myself on walks occasionally, i'm white so I don't get killed over it). This guy saw him, grabbed his son, a .357 and a shotgun, got in their truck and chased the guy down. The two guys claim there was a struggle over the shotgun. So the likeliest scenario is that they chased him down, held him at gunpoint, and he feared for his life either tried to take it or push it away.
