Coronavirus is going to impact the mental health of this generation, and there will be people needing therapy after this is all over just to cope with the supreme fucking overwhelming weirdness of it all.

I think Australian therapists are going to be especially swamped, because on top of the coronavirus stuff, we're still reeling from the bushfires. I woke up one January morning choking on bushfire smoke. I had to sit on the floor in my bathroom just to have some breathable air. I remember seeing streetlights being reflected off of the ambient smoke in my town, and it stretched so far into the sky that I genuinely wondered if the main Street of my town was on fire.

If you're studying to become a therapist, you're gonna want to fast track your course if you want to get in while the getting's good. The mental wellness business is about to get booming.

Yeah here in the usa when things open up again psychologists and psychiatrists will be booked and many people will end up on anti depressants and benzos for panic attacks.

The psychiatrists and anyone else who studies how the mind operates are excited about this. It's like this is setup for them to be more successful.

Keep the third eye strong, so this unfortunate event won't affect you to the point you'll need 'professional' help. That money shouldn't be going to them, but to yourself or the savings account
