Level 3 Dark Warrior Effect Monster

ATK/1200 DEF/0

If this card is normal summon, add one Gate Guardian, Suijin, Kazejin, and Sanga of the Thunder. You can tribute this card to special summon Suijin, Kazejin and Sanga of the Thunder on your hand. While this card is in the gy, you can banish this card and special summon Suijin, Kazejin or Sanga of the Thunder from your deck in face down defense position. You can only activate each effects once per turn.

Would get banned for being too strong, and the reason has nothing to do with Gate Guardian. Since all three of the Gate Guardian pieces are level 7, this card being able to summon all of them at once would allow for some very easy rank 7 Xyz spam. Plus, it's a Warrior-type and therefore easily searchable with Reinforcement Of The Army. The problem is, if you throw on a "the monsters summoned by this effect cannot be used as Synchro/Xyz material" condition, the card goes from stupidly overpowered to absolutely worthless because Gate Guardian itself is terrible and not worth the trouble.

3/5 for being creative and having good intentions, but this card would be abused for things you probably never intended it to be abused for.

They should make a retrained version of Gate Guardian that's a rank 7 Xyz monster and takes 3 level 7 monsters as material. It can be summoned with any 3 level 7 monsters, but it gains extra effects if any of those materials are Sanga, Kazejin, or Suijin, and even more powerful extra effects if you use all 3 of them as material. I might make this my next "rate this card" idea that I try to think up.
