Black 2 has a wider selection of mons and a much more robust endgame.
Black probably the best story in a mainline Pokemon game.

Worth noting on this too Black 2 is a direct sequel to Black as far as story goes.

Play both. If you can only play one, play Black 2, but look up the story for Black beforehand since it's a direct sequel.
