Obama is the only man who can beat him. He is the only man for the job but he selfishly gets behind somebody he KNOW won't win.

The 22nd Amendment established Presidential Term-Limits:

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

The max length any one person can be President is 10 years. 2 four year terms, and the last two years of a previous president.

How is it bullshit to direct you to the Constitutional reason that Obama cannot be President again, and then point out that changing the Constitution is extraordinarily difficult?

That amendment has been there since the 1940s in direct reponse to the country NOT wanting a President to be able to serve forever.

Look, if you don't like the Constitution just say so. Until you can garner support to either abolish it (violently if necessary) or Amend it then you are stuck living under it.

Stating facts that don't jive with your worldview of how things should be is not shilling for the right, or left, or anyone.

While I don't think it's going to happen nor has it been tried, there IS grounds for Obama attempting to run as VP to Biden as he wouldn't be ELECTED to become President. Nowhere in the amendment does it say you can't be President more than 8 years, it just says you can't run for President if you've already served 6 years. Loopholes and all that, and I assure, it would get messy.

Possibly, it would certainly wind up in Court. Another option would be for Michelle Obama to run, with Barak as the First Husband.

Now listen here, corn pop, I fought for th- this country back in the V- Viet- V- the Indochinese peninsula. I had this buddy back in the war, guy named Frank, but we called him Bucky because he had these big buck teeth like a b- beav- furry little creature. A- and- uh and beavers arent supposed to be there, but the weathers all screwy and theyre cold, and thats what were saying about climate change. I was one of the first ones to s-say, uh, you... you learn a thing or two about the cold growing up in Delaware. I remember washing my hot rod in my dads driveway when I was 17 and I couldnt even take my shirt off. The neighborhood kids would all come running over when theyd see me out there and Id spray them with the hose. Whether Trump is bad or not doesn't matter. The fact is, you are willing to throw out our entire system of laws and governance to get rid of him. You don't care how it is done, you just want him gone.

Do you not see how foolish, short-sighted and utterly dangerous that position is? Were that to be done, you'd likely end up with an actual Dictator running the country (assuming the country didn't balkanize due to the destruction of our system of government and the rule of law first).
