It's stylish, cleverly written, well acted, respected the source material, good effects, good music, good fight scenes, cool aesthetic overall...

Basically it's just a really well made movie from top to bottom and its only real flaws are minor complaints. "The villain is cliche" is a fine complaint, but the movie isn't really about the villain. He's only in a handful of scenes and the point of the film is the rise of Iron Man and why he becomes a hero.

3 was decent at best. The villain switcheroo sucked ass, the segment in the middle with the child actor was cliche, and the whole "40 different suits that break apart like Legos" situation at the end was just insulting.

Also, why did a big bullet blowing up take him out what whatever the hell Iron Man's suits are powered by exploding couldn't..?

What is it with this trilogy and bad climaxes?

Anyway, it was still pretty decent. Better then Black Panther or Dr. Strange for sure.
