I woke up on a Friday morning two weeks ago to have a shower and had to consciously make an effort to get out the shower cause I was feeling so tired. After having sat down to put my socks on getting dressed I had to consciously make an effort to get up off the bed.

Then I went to make a sandwich and had shortness of breath, had to hurry up and finish making the sandwich cause I started to feel really fatigued and sat down ASAP. Now I think this might have been a panic attack cause of the whole paranoia of it all but idk, never had a panic attack before.

But then I had chills the rest of the day, I woke up fine the next day but lost my sense of taste and smell, its only just partially come back but generally I cant smell anything. And Ive had a cough that started a day or two after this incident.

Now Ive heard of people being completely asymptomatic, and Ive heard of people having mild symptoms. But I havent heard of anybody exhibiting symptoms for like a day and then having mild symptoms the rest of the illness.

was it just a combination of a panic attack and a random bout of chills and loss of taste/smell or could it actually have been coronavirus?

For me a panic attack consists of shortness of breath, a tight chest and my mind going nuts. With anxiety though I can get almost any feeling and my brain tells me it's something it's not. Never had loss of taste or smell though. I've not known this to be a Covid 19 thing either. If it's passed so quick I'd assume it's not Covid 19.

It's possible, but it could be plenty of other things too. Wear something over your face when you leave the house and wash your hands regularly.

From what I understand, you can have the intense parts of the disease for 12 hours, and then have mild problems.

Most likely something else made you feel sick but the symptoms for corona seem to vary quite a bit so who knows

This.

Symptoms can basically span the gamut from really, really bad for almost two weeks, all the way down to being completely asymptomatic the entire time you have it. The body reacts in different ways depending on your own biological factors.

It could also be a lot of other things, including normal cold/flu germs, allergies (it's the season for them), stress-related, or even just an adverse reaction to the radical shift in lifestyle you've presumably recently undergone.

My boss knows someone who felt like they had allergies for one day but had a slight fever when they had their temperature at work. They tested positive despite having such light symptoms for one day.

Schmen said he experienced loses of taste and smell right before he got a fever and checked himself into the hospital. You might want to get tested, ok?
