Yeah I tried playing the MP last week since it still had some people playing, everybody still playing are ultra tryhards, saw multiple people who were Gen 80-100, which meant they reached max rank however many times so that was not fun.

Nothing "unfortunate" about the timing, EA sent it out to die so they could scoop up respawn when it flopped
They sent that shit out sandwiched between cod and battlefield (their own damn game) wohat a sour fate

Titanfall 2 was a great game. I absolutely loved the campaign. Got all the Achievements in the Xbox One version and had a really good time all the way through.

It's a shame that it's so stupidly overlooked though.

I was really looking forward to a Titanfall 3. But they went and made Apex Legends. A game set in the Titanfall universe... but without Titans. :(

That game seems to have been a success which makes a Titanfall 3 unlikely anytime soon. ):

Yeah I haven't played Apex Legends, but at the end of 2 when Blisk is like "Hey kid, you're alright, join Apex" and I was like "wait is Apex Legends a sequel to Titanfall? and sure enough it is lol

Finally managed to get into a multiplayer match that wasn't frontier defense. Was a titan brawl. I was fighting this guy for a while, got the kill, then someone started yelling in my ear 'FUCKING NO SKILL RONIN STEALING MY KILL GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE' so I was like 'Jesus, quit nerd raging' and he was like 'I AINT FUCKING JESUS AND I AINT FUCKING NERD RAGING IM JUST LAYING DOWN THE LAW'

fucking hell XD now I remember why I always muted mics in TF1 lol

Almost level 40. Turns out the multiplayer scene is still pretty active, you just have to play at the right time. I like that Angel City is still in this game, best map from the original. And it's even better with the grapple hook and all the new stuff. Is it like the first game where after you regen you have to complete specific challenges to regen again, and you get an exp multiplier? Also credits carry over across generations right.

it's possible, they can do multiple things at once, as evidenced by that really good star wars game they made

as it is, respawn seems to make consistently good games, which is pretty crazy considering they're owned by EA. though now it seems like they're making a new medal of honor game, but for VR, so...
