The game is actually kinda good! I started on Ophilia's path. Anyone else play it after it upset Undertale?

I started replaying it causally because of the match. I was not too into it, but the combat was fun to learn.

Have not played since launch, back when I was speedrunning Octopath. It's as broken as I remember it though.

What I did was use the J abilities Guide and Allure. Recruit some OP people from the towns.

Or you can just grind a little.

The game is actually quite hard I would say.

Strong equipment helps better than raw levels. Steal a bunch of good shit with Therion from the townsfolk and you'll be golden. You can also easily sneak your way through stronger routes into towns you shouldn't be in yet by combining Cyrus' low encounter skill and Ophelia's easier escape skill, then rob their citizens blind too. Of course it'll be low odds for a lot of the better things, so a lot of save scumming is also involved.
