My grocery store has been absolutely slammed and cleaned out. I've never seen it this bad, even during hurricanes and storms.



This is our dairy cooler where we store milks, eggs, cheeses, yogurts, butters, and other cold items like canned biscuits, cookie dough, and english muffins.

Absolutely empty. It's like locusts came in and devoured everything. We have nothing. And people still expect you to magically pull product from a wormhole in our backroom. Trucks hardly come at irregular intervals with limited quantities of certain products.

The problem with this is the people that don't need it have too much, and people that do need it can't get it at all. Regular shoppers and elderly folk that don't have help get fucked over because of panic buyers.

And every 5 minutes I have people asking me about deliveries, yelling and swearing because we have nothing, not even hand wipes for carts and baskets. We have to have people wipe down everything by hand with clean rags and industrial sanitizer solution.

Everyone expects to be catered to and forgets to help others.

Hell, the only aisle in my store that is even remotely normal is the pet aisle. And I know a good amount of people buy pet food and supplies online or elsewhere, but that just goes to show how majority of people are entitled selfish assholes.

I checked two dollar generals, Weis (PA Supermarket Chain), two Giant's (another supermarket chain), two CVSs, and Walmart and found none.

I guess paper towels will do...

they didn't have any of the dog food i require for my dog :(.
i have a 12 day supply. gotta wait till they restock it.

worse case scenario is going to other supermarkets in the next town and get it that way (it's left as a last resort).
