Pet stores sell kitten milk. And the bottles are cheap, too. Litter training is also pretty easy. I just put my kitten in the box often. And praised he when she went. A young cat kept having kittens in our garden. Eventually the owner gave her up to one of the cat shelters. I know many of the cats at my old job use to go in like the area where there was sort of like sand. And they would bury it.
