pretty much anyone with half a brain should be able to spot the issue with how this is being presented, though

I mean, it's not even the presentation, it's just what they're doing with the numbers lol

they're claiming enormous errors in the results by getting the difference between the exit polls and the actual results and then dividing that total by the exit poll total

it's literally a meaningless operation, the error is just the error, you don't change it based on what the person got. That would be like saying someone polling at 50% in a poll has a different margin of error around their estimate than someone polling at 0%. That isn't how polling works

This kind of thinking rustles my jimmies something fierce. If you want to overthrow the establishment by working along the guidelines specifically set out to maintain the status quo, you effectively need a revolution within the party and across the country. Bernie didnt garner remotely close to the amount of popular support hed need to supplant the party leadership and lobbying interests, so he and his supporters can get fucked.

The alternative route is compromise. Generally preferable when you dont enjoy a massive majority of support. While Bernie doesnt understand this in the slightest, his opponents do, and theyve shifted the dialogue to encompass a fledgling voter base that largely fails to see theyre actually being listened to. Not that it matters, because they dont even fucking vote.

Its nothing but a power grab orchestrated by people who wont even bother to get up long enough to vote for the guy promising the moon.

That's what I mean by misrepresenting. You posted "Europe" like she was saying all of Europe is the same. European countries do have single payer systems. Not literally all of them, but that wasn't her point, and she didn't say that.

If he was trolling another moderator would delete his posts (Im posting in this topic and modding him myself would be a direct conflict of interest). Being rude like he is doesnt reach the standard of trolling. Simply being rude or saying something you know other people dont agree with doesnt make something trolling. It goes beyond that.

Warren didn't have Biden and Obama leaning on her like Pete did.

But really him dropping out and endorsing Biden would have happened eventually. At best he(and Amy) would have made it so that no one could get a majority of delegates. They wouldn't have picked him at a contested convention. It would have been Biden or an even "worse" choice. But never Pete, Bernie, Amy, Tulsi, etc...
