The old translation that I played through with the voices patched in was from a torrent

The Japanese PS4 version will be the 1st ever legal digital version next month

Also I'm totally buying those in case they never get localized and I'll just play them simultaneously as the geofront version to get all the trophies

An update:

Okay. I know you're all wondering what's happening. I'm sure Zerk and Floofy are about to tweet something, too. Zero is in limbo right now. Basically we have a 1.0 build with 2-3 flaws.

1) Windows 7 and physical disk support This is a minority of users. We believe the physical support will work as soon as the new build is made, at least. 2) There is one scenario gaffe that would affect users with the voice mod. This is 100% my fault and my fault alone.

3) UN-installing the game is a little wonky right now, if you install using our launcher. So, the goal is to create a new build. Scenario mistake would be fixed. Physical support SHOULD be fixed. Once that happens, we push the game out.

When is that? I don't know. Unfortunately our builder had to step away for a little while this evening. The editing team had a decision to make. Release a flawed version, HOPING people would update in a day? Or make sure it's right, even if it means waiting several more hours?

Right now, we're waiting. I'm not going anywhere. I'm trying to be as transparent as possible. It's not like I'm about to head to sleep or anything. I'm just as eager to find out when we can expect this build as you are. I hope you can be patient.

And if you can't be and would like to vent, then vent on me. Not the rest of the team. Not our testers. Vent on me. Because had it not been for the scenario gaffe, I would have advocated releasing, even if it meant less about 5% of players wouldn't have been able to play ASAP.

Azure actually has a pretty decent translation out there already. I'm not sure how good it actually is, because I played it right after the leaked first-draft translation of Zero and it felt incredible in comparison.

My guess is on grimwood. He seems to be very helpful and nice so i would never suspect him. but a lawyer can easily be in cahoots with the mob, could have got lloyd's brother killed, etc

let's see if this baseless prediction holds out. on my way to mishelam now

liked it a lot. now a break before i look into whether it's worth going into the translated version of trails from azure or just reading a synopsis and playing cold steel 3

I thought the Azure translation that exists was good. It likely isn't as good as the Geofront Zero translation, but I had no issues with it. Also Azure is probably considered the best game in the series by the fanbase on average, though I personally rank it second behind Sky SC.
